We have installed Edge Dryers on tissue machines, inside drying sections, after size press or on the reel. They all reach the same result: an overall increase in production capacity and full utilisation of available equipment. Our solutions can be adapted to your needs in terms of retraction, size and power control.
This installation is designed to remove up to 5 % moisture before the sizer as the pre-drying section has an important lack of drying on both edges.
