Whistleblowing Service

As part of Ircon-Solaronics’ commitment to upholding the high standards set by our company and the rest of the group, we have introduced an external whistleblowing portal to help detect and prevent any misconduct within the organisation as early as possible.

Guidance

You can use this service to submit a report on suspicion of serious misconduct. The report should relate to irregularities in which there is a public interest. Misconduct normally includes violations of laws and regulations, corruption, bribery, financial crime, misuse of funds, and serious harassment.

You do not need proof that your report is true – it is enough that you have reasonable cause to assume the provided information is correct. However, the report must not be based on rumours or hearsay, and it is not allowed to lie or knowingly provide false information.

This service is not limited to internal employees – any person who, in a work-related context, has obtained or received information about misconduct within the company may submit a report. If you are an Ircon-Solaronics employee, you can also report directly to your manager. Full criteria and further information are available via the Qnister portal below.

Anonymity

Security and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to us. Your report will be encrypted, and no IP addresses can be tracked, so you can feel safe in sharing your information. All received reports and messages are handled in a way that ensures the confidentiality of your identity.
