Ircon-Solaronics was selected last year to supply non-contact drying systems for Minfeng’s new specialty paper machine, PM20. The ongoing installation includes both UniDryer® and TurnMaster® systems, with fine-tuning currently in progress. The UniDryer® is equipped with high-efficiency GEM12-Hi emitters to enhance overall energy efficiency, while the TurnMaster® redirects paper without contact after the film press. Together, they ensure optimal drying results and help avoid post-drying sticking issues.
The scope of supply also includes basic engineering and on-site supervision for mechanical installation, commissioning, and start-up—providing a complete solution tailored to the customer’s process.
