The TurnMaster™ is a perfect tool for turning a coated web. It works as a stand alone system or in combination with UniDryer®, GemDryer® or DryMaster™ IR dryers.
The air turn system will turn the web without touching it, which allows both sides of the web to be coated simultaneously. The advantage is fewer fluctuations, even with weak or low tension webs. Minimisation of flutes and wrinkles, which should improve presentation to the drying cylinder. Good web stability. The web is supported by a series of overpressure type of air nozzles and rides at app. 15 mm distance.
