Rapid prototyping of pieces with temperature resistance of up to 1300°C
We have invested in state-of-the-art equipment enabling us to use 3D printing techniques for rapid prototyping as well as exploration of new manufacturing techniques.
This enables us to explore many different ideas in a fast and efficient way such as
- trials with new materials by 3D printing prototypes
- explore different shapes for complex 3D structures
- explore potential ideas which were not possible without 3D printing

Efficiency testing
Our demi-sphere provides with a full picture of the infrared radiation absorbed by any substrate including mapping ability.
Combined with mass flow meter and advances infrared cameras, it provide unmatched accuracy.
This gives us the perfect knowledge of emission spectra of our own and any competitor infrared radiatiors. We can benchmark our innovations against existing technology and finetune new prototypes and ideas before implementation.
Besides our demi-sphere we have other benchtests for efficiency benchmarking as the one on the right, which allows us to check the efficiency of any emitters towards a flat surface.

Flow simulation
We combined finite element flow and heat transfer simulations with advanced benches equipped with fine data acquisition of all types.
